This policy explains what information Enquirify (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and what your rights are. We’re the data controller for the information described here. If you have any questions, email sevillaltd@gmail.com or call 07485 673460.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to give us: phone number, the services you’re interested in, rough budget, your current website and your message.

When you use the free website check, the web address you type is sent to Google’s PageSpeed Insights service so it can test that page. We don’t store the address unless you then choose to send us your results, in which case we receive your name, email address, optional phone number and the results.

When you use “See your site”, the preview is built in your own browser. Your answers are kept only in your browser for that visit (session storage) and aren’t sent to us. If you add a logo, it stays on your device and is never uploaded. The shareable preview link contains only your business name, town, trade and style choices, never your phone number, email or logo. If you choose “Email me this preview”, we receive your name, email address, those choices and the preview link, and use them only to send you the link and follow up about it. If you choose “Build this for real”, your choices are added to your enquiry.

Anonymous usage counts. To see whether the preview builder is useful, we count anonymous events such as “preview built” or “style switched”. Each count is just the event name: no IP address, cookie, identifier or anything you typed is stored with it.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and protect it against attacks. We don’t use this to identify you.

Why we use it

We don’t sell your information, we don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t use it for automated decision-making.

Who processes it for us

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need to deal with them and for up to 24 months afterwards, in case you get back in touch. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the law requires (usually six years for accounting records). You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to have it transferred to you or someone else. To make a request, email us using the address above. We’ll reply within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We’d appreciate the chance to sort it out first.

Cookies

This website doesn’t set any cookies and doesn’t use advertising trackers or cookie-based analytics, so there’s no cookie banner. The anonymous usage counts described above use no cookies or identifiers. If you open the “Email me this preview” form, Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary signals to check you’re not a bot; it isn’t used for tracking or advertising. Our fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third parties.

The sites linked from our “Selected work” section are separate websites with their own privacy and cookie policies.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
